Email processing through Resend
Contact form submissions are transmitted through Resend, our transactional email provider, and delivered to the Lumissant contact mailbox. Resend processes the message and related delivery information on our behalf under its applicable terms and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in jurisdictions where Resend or its service providers operate.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website and deliver communications, or when required by law. Lumissant retains inquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Resend may retain delivery information according to its own documented policies.
Security and abuse prevention
The contact form uses input validation, origin checks, a hidden anti-spam field, duplicate-send protection, payload limits, and IP-based rate limiting. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
